Exhibition information
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION
The 6th European Spring Oncology Conference - will be held in Barceló Marbella Hotel from 22th to 25th June 2010.
EXHIBITION ALLOCATION
The Commercial Exhibition will take place in Room Andalucía (coffee area).
Each booth space is 3m x 2m (6 square metres), and the exhibitor may rent one or more spaces.
Booth spaces will be allotted on a first come first served basis. Please find enclosed Exhibition map.
SETTING UP AND DISMANTLING
Booths set up will take place on 21st and 22nd June, 2010. The Commercial Exhibition will be open on June 22rd at 3.00 pm and will remain during the official Conference days and hours (from June 22rd to June 25th 2010).
The exhibitor will take care for the insurance and transportation of its materials to and from the venue.
Dismantling will take place on June 25th 2010, after 5.00 pm
SPACES AND STANDARD BOOTH
Please note that the space rental includes standard booth:
Standard booth package includes: space, booth carpet, back and two side panels, spot lights, sockets, company name plaque (12 letters maximum), 2 chairs and one table (0.90 x 2.00m). Kindly contact the Secretariat for further information on: furniture, extra lights, plants... and any other requirement you may need.
Booth order form and payment should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat before May 20th 2010.
Should you not require the standard booth package, please inform the Conference Secretariat through the Booth Order Form.
FEES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The booth price includes standard booth construction (see information above).
Fee per booth space
- 3m x 2m space: 5.000,00€ (16% taxes are not included)
Payment Conditions
50% of the total amount would be requested at the signature of the contract. The other 50% should be paid one month prior to the beginning of the Congress.

CANCELLATION
Space rent cancellation means the complete loss of the deposit.
Commercial Exhibitors will be provided with 10 exhibitor badges enabling the entrance to the commercial area and the Scientific Sessions.
RESPONSIBILITY
According to the Spanish Law limits the Organisation cannot accept liabitity for personal injuries, stolen goods or damage caused to the materials as a result of disturbances.
The Exhibitor should be provided with an insurance covering possible loss, stolen goods and damage of personal belongings as a result of the congress participation. The Exhibitor will also assume the risk of any damage or cost as a result of its activities at the Exhibition area.
